Believe it or not, I was ready to survey and clean out the cupboards and freezer again this week. I find that if I really want to save money on our grocery budget, I do this about once a month. When I “shop” from what is already in the house and build a meal plan around that, I have to buy significantly less at the store. Plus this usually requires some creative and new recipes which is always exciting!
So here is some of what we are eating this week:
Loaded Nachos – Damn Delicious (adding some ground venison for my husband)
Healthy Pesto, Tomato and Broccoli Pasta – ifoodreal (adapting freely)
