Readers often ask for easy, budget-friendly dinner recipes here at The Frugal South. So today I’m sharing LOTS of recipes in one post!
For a year I shared my weekly dinner meal plan here on the blog. I made affordable, healthy, and easy dinners a habit, so now I have a huge collection of go-to dinners that I make regularly!
So here’s ten weeks’ worth of my favorite dinner recipes from my year of meal planning… I hope you find some inspiration for planning meals!
Spinach & Cheese Strata – Damn Delicious (I use this as a rough guide and add ham and red pepper)
Bean & Cheese Burritos – Money Saving Mom (I’m loading the freezer up with some for fast lunches)
Easy Sweet & Spicy Mexican Cole Slaw – Virtually Homemade (I would suggest cutting the amount of cumin in half – I wished I had)
Pork & Long Beans Stir Fry – Wok With Ray (I am substituting green beans for long beans)
Butternut Squash, Crispy Kale and Fontina Pizza – Half Baked Harvest (Will simplify and make liberal changes to this recipe)
