Two things we do to help save money on our Disney World vacations are to eat breakfast in our room and have snacks and drinks on hand when we are in the parks. Though these sound like great ideas, they sometimes aren’t very practical, especially if you are flying to Orlando. You may not have room for all of the clothes you want to pack, let alone boxes of granola bars and juice pouches.

However, did you know that you can have packages of food and drink shipped directly to your Disney World resort hotel from Amazon.com or other online stores, oftentimes for free?

On our most recent trip, I ordered a bunch of snacks , breakfast food, diapers and toiletries from Amazon’s Prime Pantry. I had even earned free shipping on a Prime Pantry order from a no-rush shipping credit (learn more about money-saving Amazon tips and tricks here). I had the order shipped to me at our resort, Pop Century.

Here is the specific address format that you’ll want to use:

Guest Your Full Name Here – Arriving Your Check-in Date Here
Your Disney World Resort’s Name
Your Disney World Resort’s Street Address
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

You can find your resort’s address by searching on Google, or just visit the Disney World website and find your resort’s address there. As an example, here is the address to which I had my Amazon package shipped:

Guest Leah Althiser – Arriving 9/23/15
DISNEY’S POP CENTURY RESORT
1050 CENTURY DR
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL 32830

I placed my order 5 days before my check-in date to give it plenty of time to arrive. When I did this on our prior trip, the Cast Member checking us into our room told me that there was a package for me and brought it right out. On this trip, we by-passed the front desk using online check-in and when we arrived in our room, the package from Amazon was magically waiting there for us. You have to love Disney for this. 🙂

So, on your Disney vacation, try having some breakfast and snack food delivered right to your resort! I bet you’ll love how easy it is and how much you save.
