We are hosting a little egg hunt at our house this Easter and I am setting out a brunch buffet for the get-together. I wanted to make four interesting and spring-inspired dishes so here’s the menu:
- Proscuitto-Wrapped Melon Bites from Southern Living (the recipe says mango but I am using the traditional melon in it’s place)
- Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries from Just a Taste
- Sausage, Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach Torta Rustica from Epicurious
- Carrot-Walnut Bread from Food & Wine
Yum I can’t wait to feast on these delicious goodies! Maybe I’ll be so full I won’t eat my daughter’s Easter candy!
