I am going to work on a post on slow-cooked baked beans this week. I have made them several times before with varying degrees of success!
I wanted a step-by-step tutorial on how to make them from dried beans and couldn’t find a good one, so I’m going to try to do one myself. I’m also making chimichurri this week, an Argentine herb sauce that I’ve wanted to try to make for a while.
