I have stuck with meal planning for over a month now and I plan to continue for the foreseeable future. SO much less stress during the week when I know I already have everything I need to cook dinner that night!
Another benefit is because of the meal plan my husband has had leftovers to take with him to work almost every day, saving him a few hundred dollars last month in eating out. And my grocery spending did not go over our $500 budget for the first time maybe ever.
I’ve been using the meal planning site SayMmm which I’ve found super simple and helpful. So here is my meal plan for this week. Lots of good stuff from some of my favorite food sites.
