An easy recipe for a soy honey marinade that is perfect for chicken, steak or pork!
I’ve been using this marinade for years and I love it. This recipe makes a large batch, enough to fill a quart mason jar. I’ve always just kept it on the shelf and never had any issues. So, I guess refrigeration is optional! đŸ˜‰
How to make the best Soy Honey Marinade
This recipe could not be an easier. Assemble the ingredients and pour them into a quart mason jar. Place the lid on the jar and give it a good shake. And there you have it. An easy and delicious marinade that is perfect for most meats.
When I have some steak, boneless pork chops or chicken thighs I place them in a Ziploc bag, dump some marinade in, wait a few hours, then grill! Perfect for shish kebabs too!
