Chinese New Year Recipe Round Up!

The lunar new year is this Saturday – more commonly known as Chinese New Year! I like to serve up something Asian-inspired to commemorate the holiday, so here are some of my favorite easy and delicious recipes to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Fried Rice from Gimme Some Oven – My favorite fried rice recipe – so easy and better than takeout!

Chinese Orange Chicken from Damn Delicious – I’ve made this recipe more times than I can count. SO GOOD.

Moo Soo Vegetables from the Omnivores Cookbook – Here is an easy and authentic version of Moo Shu Veggies, one of my favorite take out dishes.

Asian-Style Short Ribs from Williams Sonoma – I’ve made these yummy short ribs in a pressure cooker before but you could definitely make them in a slow cooker or dutch oven instead.

Ridiculously Amazing Asian Ramen Salad by Table for Two – This salad is very loosely Asian-inspired, but it is SO good!

Chinese Almond Cookies from Dessert Now Dinner Later – Don’t these look delicious?
