Weekly Meal Plan 7/5/15 with Recipes

We are enjoying the end of our family vacation here in MA. We are going out for seafood tonight with the whole family (party of eleven, please) and I am really excited. It’s best to eat seafood looking out over the ocean, right?

Here’s the plan for when we get home. I have been missing cooking in my own kitchen a bit (though I never miss doing dishes!) so I am looking forward to trying these recipes out when we get home. As I look over the recipes again I realize I must be craving comfort foods… shrimp and grits, grilled cheese, enchilada casserole and short ribs! Sound perfect to me.
