Well, I made it to Week Four of my meal planning experiment. I have liked it enough that I plan to continue it next week. Our friend Mark brought us a bunch of potatoes today so I’ve worked them into two recipes. I’ve also tried to use up some pantry and freezer items this week to stretch our grocery budget. Maybe you’ll see something you’d like to try!
