Making time to workout is one of my biggest challenges. I know it is good for me, and I really want to exercise, but it is so hard for me to find time during the day to fit it in!
I discovered POPSUGAR Fitness about a year ago, when I was in a major rut with exercising. POPSUGAR Fitness is a website and app with seemingly endless fitness videos. What I love most about these videos is that they are
- short (think 10 or 20 minutes)
- doable (I’m not super fit and I can do most of them)
- fun and
I gave up my gym membership a while back to make more room in the budget. With walking/running and doing these videos a few days each week, I am just as fit as I would be with a gym membership. And I don’t spend a dime to workout!
I also love that I don’t need much space to do these workouts. Check out my tiny office/guest room/workout room!
You can follow my Workouts board on Pinterest to get all of my favorite workouts. I mentioned POPSUGAR Fitness to my sister a few weeks ago and she uses it now, too. She taught me that there is even an Apple TV app for POPSUGAR!
